Default Autocross videos and pics from today

here's a few videos and some pictures from the autocross today.

Over all I came in 2nd. .02 seconds off the 911 GT3 on hankook rs3's. A lot stickier than the RE050 I'm on for sure. Awesome car too! It was a fun day and absolutely awesome! Top speed was redline in 3rd gear... so probably 90ish. We used the whole road course at the Memphis international raceway.

thanks everyone! I have some Yokohama AD08's for it and have to do rear brakes soon.

as far as mods all I've done so far is the F in the tint of the rear quarter window. http://nosoup4jared.smugmug.com/Cars...ar/i-JqtNp6r/A

Nice job! That looks like a lot more fun than the typical parking lot style autocross - more like a mix of Time Attack and autocross.

That second run was clean! That is unlike any autocross I've ever seen... looks to be a ton of fun. I'd love to do something like that. The ones I've done (with another car) are much slower courses and it doesn't seem like it'd be fun in an ISF.

Great bit of driving there man!

The video labeled #1 was all nannies off. The back end was a lot twitchier as you could tell a little from the video. It was a great day and an awesome track.

The Porsche guys all loved the look of the car and the color (USB) when I pulled up. After my first run I was 2 full sec off the leader and it seemed the Porsche guys were thinking it was luck. As I pulled up to the start line for another run someone said "lets see what this rice can do". After I pulled in from the 2nd run .02 sec off the 911GT3 I think they realized it wasn't your average Lexus. They were suddenly asking all kinds of questions on suspension and engine after that.

^ Nobody asked about your past driving experience?

When I hit the track for the first time in a couple of months in my IS350 I fully expect to get trounced by a friend of mine, who will be driving a Nissan 240sx with a stock motor and not-so-stock suspension. Driver mod beats all.
