Question Dumb question from a new ISF owner

I know this is probably very obvious guys, but I have gone through the manual twice and can not find out if the ISF has a TPMS that actually gives the tire pressures in each tire or does it just come on when something is low. I am a little OCD about keeping the correct pressure in my tires and used to be able to check on the pressures in my LS.
Am I missing something? Or is the fact that the TPMS can have two sets of registered wheels and tires advanced enough?

Thanks guys

PS forgive me for the dumb questions. She is finally all set up and starting to feel like she is mine. I am smiling ear to ear when I am driving this thing.

You only get a low message It doesn't tell you the pressure of the offending tire or where the offending tire is located. On my Silverado (which was ⅓ the cost of my F) the DIC (Driver Information Center) tells me the pressure and location in each tire, and I don't need to have a problem to access it.

You may have noticed, the TPMS system can accomodate two different sets of tires, so you can switch between monitoring summer and snow tires. Not that you need that in Phoenix.

The wife's Acura has full time TPMS readings that can be displayed... Not on the F as we know.

Kind of surprising but in the end how many cars have the ability to read 2 sets of wheels

Congrats on the new car!

You might be able to code that to include the actual tire pressure of each wheel. Im not as familiar with the coding on Lexus' but I know that the bimmers you can code so that it includes that information on the screen as well as if one is running low or not. Its def a very helpful feature.

Congrats again I8ABMR! I assume you still have the LS as a daily and the Sienna for your wife. The F must be the weekend warrior

It's interesting that the onboard system doesn't have this. I can connect my car to techstream and see the individual tire pressure but I don't want to hook up my laptop everytime I want to see my tire pressures. Silly engineers.

Thanks Hoovey. Nope, this F is my daily driver. I was thinking to do a used GTR but I really wanted something I could drive daily. I love how the ISF feels like the total opposite of the LS, and I dig the Dr Jekyl and Mr Hide personality of the ISF. It can be quiet and smooth ( if roads are good) but when you hit the gas it turns into an animal. I love everything . Just want a little less under steer during very hard cornering.

Just trail brake it. The F loves trail braking and it does wonders for curing understeer.

I love how the F comes out of the curve and takes off as you apply a heavy throttle after trail braking.

I had to look up the term. I'm sure there's other curious as to what Trail Braking is:

Trail Braking

In four wheel vehicles trail braking pertains to using the brakes past the corner entrance (as opposed to the normally taught practice of releasing the brakes before starting the turn). This practice is used for creating weight transfer towards the front tires, thus increasing their traction and reducing understeer.
