VIP Auto / Joe-Z / is F
Finally got my Joe Z delivered and installed. First a little background, I ordered my Joe Z exhaust from VIP Auto Salon the end of July. They were running a special that includes free shipping but did note the exhaust was on back order. After talking to their sales rep, they indicated it would be mid-September before the exhaust would be in stock.
Fast forward to late September and I emailed VIP inquiring. Didn't get a response after 3 days so I called and left a voice mail. 3 days after that, sent another email and 2 days later, got a response....Indicating they should be available to ship within a week. No problem, I said. Just email me the tracking number once it ships.
Come mid October, I still didn't receive anything and sent another email. No response....
Then out of the blue, I get an PM from Joe Z himself. Seems he came across my posting which noted I was waiting on my back-ordered exhaust. It didn't seem right to him that I was still waiting for VIP and asked for the details. I sent him the email string to VIP on 21-Oct and by the end of the day, he boxed and shipped an exhaust himself!
If it weren't for Joe contacting me directly, I would've had my bank reverse the charges from VIP, be without an exhaust until another was ordered and might've changed brands just because of their poor service.
I don't know how VIP can sell such high dollar items and be in business this long. I've heard their service is hit or miss but my experience has been nothing but miss. Definitely don't recommend them, won't ever order anything from them and would advise that you look elsewhere for your aftermarket goods.

Took yesterday off to do a few things to the F and got some time on my uncle's lift. The Joe Z exhaust is bad ***! Awesome welds, great quality and fitment.
Sound; still getting use to the rumble which reminds me of an American V8. Zero rattles, great tone and when you get on it, oh boy.....
Wife thinks it's too loud but hey, what can you do right...LoL

That's so awesome of joe z, awesome service
Yes VIP couldn't even provide hawk brake pads on time, nor the afe filter I ordered, that was 2011 guess things haven't changed..

Great Exhaust (still have mine to install) and Joe-Z is the right man to help you out.
VIP Autosalon are crooks, they've taken $1,800 from me in February and I'm still chasing them to get my money back.
Never order anything from VIP Autosalon and I hope someone closes them down soon. They deserve all the bad karma that's heading their way.

Ponzi scheme ...... All the new oders pay for the old ones.
They don't have one item in stock, everything is special order for a reason.
Ordered a lexon diffuser, received it four months later.
Love the diffuser, I wound not go thru the nerve-racking experience again.
Sad and unfortunate, because they have all the cool stuff.
