It might be less, but I would be going with their long tube equal headers and dual mode exhaust system with cats. There is some fabrication to the exhaust to accommodate this kind of headers.

Would these PPE headers and exhaust with no cats pass California smog via the obd reader.

^^^^ yes, as long as you don't have any codes.
- obviously there is also a visual inspection, and your car will smell pretty bad without cats.
