Yeah your transmission will blow up.. the last 2 of your 8 gears will smash into each other and rapidly bounce throughout your transmission case until it shaves a hole big enough to go through your center console where itll continue to spin and tear up parts in your interior including you, your wife and kids.
Don't do it.

I wouldn't think it would hurt your F. I do it all the time. i'm sure Lexus would not allow you do enable sports mode while on D mode if it does hurt your F. LOL on ISFpat.

Stop messing with the guy, lol!
Of course it is safe. I do it frequently. I mostly start my drive in normal mode for regular commuting, but sometimes during the drive I'll want to "experience the F" so I'll switch over to sport mode and manual mode all while cruising on the highway. It 100% is not a problem.

LMFAO at this thread! You guys are funny as hell! Not sure if you guys have the same reaction as me when I turn sport mode on:
OH EM GEE my car just got faster ! ! ! LMFAO!
To the OP, its safe bro, I do it from time to time, will not harm the car but will definitely boost your ego. Have fun with it!
