Interesting scheme. I'd be more worried about the accidents than the paint scheme and the ridiculously dark tails. But i do see a blue Joe Z intake, which isn't bad at all.

my guess would be he hit something/got hit, found a USB bumper cheap, then instead of repainting it silver just slapped it on and painted the other blue accents on the car to match the bumper.
