Default Crazy Tire Deal on Michelin PSS tires

Actually it is a crazy deal on any tires, but I just spec'd out Michelin PSS tires. I already posted this deal on the Good Deals section, but I priced everything out for ISF specific sizes here.

- If you log onto MrRebates.com then click on the Automotive section then TireBuyer.com, you should get a 4% rebate through Mr Rebates
- If you enter in the promo code "retailmenot12" you will get a 12% discount

Below is my calculated price of buying 2 x 245/35R19 and 2 x 275/30R19 through the method above:

- Tire Buyer original price $1131.24
- with "retailmenot12" discount code = $995.49
- Mr Rebates 4% rebate = $39.82
- Michelin rebate = $70 Visa card
When you factor in rebates total price shipped is $885.67 + Tax
(TireBuyer.com charges state sales tax but give free shipping if it has a warehouse in your state)

I used to work for this company. Largest tire distributor in the US by far and their warehouses are pretty impressive.

Btw I'm running PSS tires because of them

I paid much more than that for my new set I almost want to buy my next set, do tires go bad when stored for a couple years?

You can get a 5% "rebate" through ebates.com, if you link to tirebuyer.com

awesome deal, thanks for sharing. I just called Americas tire and the guy told me to come by and he will match the price. So I guess instead of buying it online and the hassle, I will have Americas tire take care of it and install them. Since if you buy the tires yourself and bring them in they charge you $224.00to install them if you don't purchase them from them.

Great deal! Thanks for the info. As for mounting and installation, I've never heard of anyone being charged those amounts.

As far as installation, I always use the Mr Tire near me. They charge about $100 for the install including road force balancing. They know me and the fact I will watch them the whole time and always get their most experienced guy to do the work for me.
