OP's is not stock, he drives a full bolt on ISF.

Only hit 120 mph once or twice and I think it was a result of some tailwind. I'd say 117 to 119 traps are about right for an IS-F with I/E/H and decent conditions.

We need more power options!

Just thought I'd share my kill story here and not make a new post. I was on I5 south yesterday when I saw a 2 door orange challenger come up behind me, he got on my left in the carpool lane. I slowed down enough to check out the badges on the rear, it was an SRT8...he pointed in a gesture to go for a pull so I began to give 3 three honks, haha he left on the first honk mmmmk, I was already in 3rd gear at about 4000rpm so I just went with it, even though he got the jump on me I caught him at the end of 3rd and walked away all throughout 4th and let off. He came along my drivers door to give me the thumbs up. I was actually shocked to read later they have 470hp/470tq probably heavy and a 5 speed automatic but still I'll take the win! I have Intake/Header/Exhaust. Its times like that, that I was glad I drove my F rather than my commuter that day.

I saw this parked the other day and thought of this thread. The C63 is certainly a mean looking car, that's for sure.

I had a 392 SRT 8 and took it to the strip a couple of times. They launch harder than the F (I've gotten 1.7xx on Goodyear F1 tires) and 12.4@112 (but i think it's more like 114 mph) because my particular track the traps were off. On the same note, on similar DA, my FBO ISF was running 11.9@120 so about 6 mph on the top end vs. the SRT8. Nevertheless, good race.

Finally got a chance at an AMG this morning, just not my friend. Guessing a 2009 E63 AMG (older body style). He was in front of me turning left at a stoplight. We were behind some other cars, but during the turn he was goosing it. So I stayed on his tail holding 2nd gear until we cleared the traffic. I was just waiting to hear that 507hp beast....and then I did. He hit it and so did I. I was behind him in the next lane over. I walked right by him like no other and gave him a good pounding up to 90 or so from 35ish. This happened twice before we hit another stoplight. We just happened to be right next to each other at the light but cars in front of us. The guy wouldn't even look over at me after being destroyed like that. He looked to be in upper 40's and was just acting like nothing happened. VERY happy with how the F had NO problem with it at all. Went by and had lunch with my C63 friend and told him all about it. He was pretty impressed and I'm happy happy happy, in the words of Phil Robertson.

Also had a little fun with a brand new ZL1 Camaro vert this morning. This guy was like 70! Car had no tags. He comes up beside me and floors it for a bit. So I did the same back to him. Then got in front of him and floored it to about 120. He took chase but never caught me. This stuff never happens to me! All this after throwing a code this morning.
