2012 ISF 295/30R19's on OEM's?
I have a 2012 F and sold the OEM PS2's. I have read tons of threads about pre 2012's using the 245/285 combo successfully. The 2012 front OEM rims are 8.5" and rears 9.5". I want to run Michelin PSS's with a 255/295 combo on OEM wheels which are 1/2" wider than the earlier model years. I have a few concerns:
1. Tire bulge
2. Fender rubbing in front or back.
3. Over all look. I don't want them sticking out from the fender.
Any 285 or 295 rear pics out there?

There shouldn't be too much tire bulge. The rears will most likely rub, so fender cutting or rolling might be necessary. That is a gripe I had with the 08 wheels. The widths were pretty weak on the car, forcing me to look at aftermarket wheels currently. The 2012s have that extra half-inch, which looks pretty good, but not exactly what will fit in the range of recommended wheel sizes when it comes to upsizing tires. 295/30 has the exact same rolling diameter as the stock 255/35. There have been a few on 9" rears with 285, and while it's not ideal to fit a 9.5 with a 295 tire -- minimum recommended is 10.0 -- I'm pretty sure it's doable.

You should be OK with the wider 2012 wheels running the 295/30/19 and 255/35/19 combo. I'm running Bridgestone S-04 PPs in the 285/30/19 and 245/35/19 sizes on my '08 wheels with no issues.

Thanks Lou. I was hoping you would reply as I have seen earlier posts regarding your 245/285 set up.
As you know how the Bridgestones look and perform and also how the 245/285 combo looks, if you had 2012 OEM rims, would you keep your current tire set up or switch to the 255/295 PSS' s as the extra 1/2" width rim would allow?

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that the 2012 rear wheels are 19x9.5 +50. If they had stuck with the +55 offset from the 2008-2011 and just added 0.5", there would have been no problem fitting 295/30R19 tires. With the +50 offset, inherently wide tires like the PSS will likely rub a little on big bumps with stock suspension if running 295/30R19...nothing a fender roll won't easily fix though. They certainly won't stick out, but they will be flush.

Of coruse it doesn't, but camber arms are fairly inexpensive and if you're looking to get more meat on your wheels then thats probably something you should consider.
Camber can limit or unlimit the amount of wheel/tire you can run.
Also, camber (to an extent) increases overall grip of the tires.

I dont think OP would want a camber kit. OP is putting 295 on for performance, getting a camber kit would totally negate any performance gain and possible hurt his performance; it would be an oxymoron.
Fender rolling by the best in the business would probably cost about the same as getting camber kits.

Thanks for all the replies. I am going to try the 255/295 combo and see how they fit. If they won't run without the fender mods, I will probably downsize and probably go with the 245/275 PSS combo.
Either way, I'll take a bunch of pic's so everyone can see the outcome of the 255/295 set up.

I found a tire shop that have ordered 2 sets of PSS's:
1. Front 245/35R19 & Rear 275/30R19
2. Front 255/35R19 & Rear 295/35R19
I will mount one of each and see what they look like and how they fit. I'll then pick which front and rear I want after seeing them on the vehicle at the same time. I will take pics from several angles and post them in about a week after the test fitting.
