Running JDM ecu's is pretty common, I've been running the JDM ECU on my celica for 12 years. I also use water injection for higher boost settings for knock protection.
Japan measures octane differently than us, keep that in mind.

I had to finally make an account on here when I saw this! Lexusfforum is almost dead. Very happy someone is able to tune our ECU, even if it needs to go to Japan.
Any chance we could have a tuning day in North America if enough people signed up?
