Default Exhaust volume db

So I want to join another track group that has more dates and goes to some different tracks than the current one i do events with but i noticed a few of the tracks they go to have a noise limit. One of the tracks has a 86db limit and the other 99db limit. How loud does anyone think sikky headers and a full dual exhaust is without any cats. (Joe Z to be specific) am i too loud?

A question if you don't mind me asking: I know nothing about tracks so would you or anyone happen to know why a track would have a noise limit?

Road Course or drag strip? if drag strip I'm not sure why they would have a db limit. How would all the heavily modified outlaw class cars run? most of the big block V8's with dumps right after the headers are no where close to being under 99 db.

Laguna Seca is near a residential area.. well atleast close enough for them to create noise limits.
