Not sure if the axle back will be produced but I can assure you ISS are still building exhausts as I just bought a DES system off them. My only concern is I would of preferred to keep the factory tips.

I actually just called ISS Forged themselves about 15 minutes ago. The guy on the phone said that the DES exhaust is currently unavailable and going through R&D for a redesign and the axleback version is still being considered/unknown at this point for production. More information will be revealed later towards the year near October 2013, said the guy.
I called 713-570-6060 from their website and briefly talked with whoever picked up - http://www.issforged.com/contact-us/
I called to confirm the tips size (I was told it was 2") because I just ordered the Borla catback exhaust for deals and was thinking about a custom tip to mirror the ISS Forged DES exhaust.
Edit - I didn't call Fitment Factory so this may have been irrelevant
