what is puzzling me is why the stock rims and pzero tires did not wear like this..does adding width to the rim make that much diff in the setup of the car?

Changing anything has an impact. Most alignment shops work off angles, not linear measures, so I'm not surprised you're having issues with alignment with non-standard tires.

whats strange is most other guys using these same wheels with same specs, and the same or sim tires,and are lowered on top of that,are not having these kinda issues ????

Are you sure all the bushings are in good shape? Bad bushings anywhere in the suspension can cause huge problems that don't show up on the alignment rack because the suspension isn't dynamically loaded.

havnt really checked but the car only has 45k on it so i assume they are all in good shape

Thinking of goin with the conti dws it comes in a 285 30 20 I believe..The tire on the car now is a 285 25 20 veristien. Does anyone know if the 30 will work out ok, Id like to move up in the front from a 245 30 20 to a 245 35 20 as well.Its prolly a tad over spec but these band aide thin tires are not very comfortable on the roads around here,and I have 2 dings in the wheels already from pot holes.
