I'm up for meeting in Schaumburg, dyno, or drag racing. Drag racing should be okay - highs in the mid 40s should give near record runs (DA should be around sea level or a little lower).
Petshark, where are you dynoing? I need a dyno.

Let me know if you guys set something up in the afternoon. Should be back in the area around 3 or so. Byron is about a hour plus to schaumburg.

Okay, I'm in for Saturday breakfast/drag racing at GLD. Where are you CaptAswm? I'm in Hawthorn Woods/Lake Zurich are so if you're up north also, no reason to go down to Schaumburg.
Whether you can make it or not, I'm still going to GLD. My car's another 10 pounds lighter and tomorrow will be even colder than last weekend and less headwind.

If it doesn't snow, GLD is open on Sat and Sun only. After snow, they're done. I might bring out the Dodge Charger Superbee - fully stock I ran 12.4 when it was warmer. I think a fully stock Dodge Charger Superbee has a 12.2 or even a 12.1 in it. It's hard to beat 470 hp/470 torque at the starting gate! The beast managed a 1.79x on street 245 tires when it was warmer!!! I think a 1.75 60' is possible fully stock in cold air. It's a true muscle car.
Oh, just reread the post. I'm bringing in the F, but if I get results that I want or no changes in results, I'll bring out the Bee next time.

Nice meeting you guys at GLD today. I didn't get my 12.29, but did go 12.37 so it was going in the right direction. My old friend Greg gave me suggestions that helped me go from 12.43 down to 12.37.
I was really never familiar with the IS-F, though I could tell the cars were V8's when I first started along with you guys.

Hey, nice to see you on here Pro Stock John (I thought you said Post Doc John at the track). Too bad you didn't beat your buddy - but upon my estimation, the humidity was limiting our HP a little. A couple of weeks ago, I did a 11.998 and today I only managed a 12.049. I was also 2 mph slower DESPITE no headwind!!! So definitely a weather/DA thing.

Hey, let's try again next weekend if the weather is decent. I would like to compare to an F spraying N2O! I think the headers are good for .25 second and my weight reduction in the wheels, brakes, and batteries is good for another .2 second (my guesses) based on today's run with EGI IS350. He also has Borla cat back and had his spare and jack removed.
