I'm only waiting on my Pops because he's coming up to see his grandkids before he takes off for a few months. I'm not sure about the whoop azzz part. He's a crusty old Marine with alot of fight in him still. Hahahaha

That's funny because I told my pops that and said I was crazy!
I try to balance my workouts with endurance training and weights. With crossfit I can lift weights and get some cardio done at the same time.

Newbie to meet
Hey I've never been to a meet before. I'm in the 92210 but would be happy to make the drive out. Which group should I meet up with for the cruise out to the lake? I should probably just bring some sodas since I'll be driving for so long. If someone has the Joe-Z exhaust in the crew I would really like to hear it. Haven't been able to hear one yet but have only read good things! Saturday or Sunday?
