I might get one but it makes pulling your engine cover off such a pain in the ... For track days and you have to take it off for hours of track abuse or your oil psi goes through the roof

It must be running pretty hot. I have two bars difference in oil psi with the cover on vs off. It's not that it's a problem but I don't don't want to run with oil that hot and thin for two or three hours, that motor cost way to much to risk popping.

install wasn't too hard (took about 10minutes),
bar did look good without the plastic engine covers on
everything fit fine w/o any spacer modification or anything of that nature

Finally cut into the plastic engine covers, the bar fits flush, you'd mistake it for oem

overall, good buy.
you feel the bar only during, as lexus would say, "high-spirited driving"
but I am very pleased
what is that thing in front of the radiator?

^ Those are the ISS Forged RMI Intake Scoops. They claim provide more mpg by directing the airflow up towards your air intake. I just like it cause it stands out nicely behind the front grill. They have been discontinued but im sure you can contact ISS Forged a vendor on here and see what they can do for you.

Great DIY and know this is bringing up an old thread...but I have a question as I am considering the TOMS Shock Tower Bar...is there anything particular that needs to be done when removing or replacing the three nuts on the top of the shocks? I assume removing the nuts is not a big deal as the weight of the car should keep the shocks in place...but when replacing them do you need to torque them back down at a certain rate? Thanks and that Cusco bar looks really good under your hood...

Did you have any problems closing your hood? Mine won't close with the bar inside. I also got it from b2 auto

I have this exact same bar and I have no problems with closing the hood. Did you maybe installed it wrong? That is a weird issue.
