Default R35 GTR 20's isf fitment?

So i was wondering if anyone has ever tried this or know if it will fit. I love the gtr wheels and would really like them on my usb isf. Does anyone know if there are hubcentric adaptors available from smaller isf hub to the larger gtr hub. Any input would be great!

I think it would be a direct fit since nissan and lexus has the same bolt pattern..

I'm running the wheels that were on my G37 for the snow tires on my F. Same bolt pattern; no problem.

Here are the isf wheel specs

19x8 45mm
19x9 55mm

Here are the specs for r35 wheels

Fronts 20x9.5 45mm
Rears 20x10.5 25mm

Nissan hub is 66mm
Lexus hub is 60.1mm

Both are 114.3x5

Will the offsets work? I am willing to do some minor fender rolling. Will I need hub rings?

My other thought if this setup won't work is to run square set up of 20x9.5 45mm all around?

What if any of these ideas works what tires can I run? Stretch is ok but not crazy.

Fronts will probably clear. You'll have 19mm less inner clearance but the wheel will be extended out 19mm (.75 inches roughly)

But rears probably won't...it's gonna stick out another 49mm (rough 2 inches) from stock.

The square set up would fit perfect and look good. Those GTR rears would take some work to fit.

What size tires would I need to run on square setup? Will I need hub centric rings to help center the wheel on the hub?

I think the factory GTR rims are:

Front 20 x 9.5 45 offset
Rear 20 x 10.5 25 offset

Front will be close and maybe too wide and back offsets are way too aggressive.

IS-F Wheels:
* Size: 19 x 8 Front, 19 x 9 Rear inches
* Bolt Pattern: 5-114.3
* Offset: 45mm Fronts / 55mm Rears

Here is a set on a GS

I would do a 245 or 255/30/20 front and 275/30/20 rear.

Looks sick on that GS, but not sure if the wheel style looks good with stretched tires tho.
