Factory rim ideas
Well I dropped the ball and 2 seconds of poor judgement resulted in curb rash on one of my wheels. My question is this.. Has anyone powder coated the 08 stockers bronze or gold? Particularly on a silver is-f. If not could someone photo shop it, I know some of you have some skills. Lastly, I'm looking for a reputable wheel refinisher in the dc md va area. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I just had 3 of my wheels refinished in Baltimore and they did a great job. The dealer scratched them putting on new tires. I will call the dealer tomorrow to get you the name of the company they used.
Which wheel did you curb?

We have a guy at my shop that does good work fixing wheels but sometimes they don't match. Could you turn it in on your insurance and get a new wheel? I think going aftermarket would be your best bet. The ones posted above are nice.

EEEK, I just curbed one of my wheels last thursday... was sooooo mad at myself since it happened in a parking garage at my work that I've been driving through for the past 6 years!!!!
Anyways, back on topic.. I don't know how "good" bronze or gold would look on a silver car. It would probably look better on a red, white, or black car instead.... what about doing a full polish? Too much bling?

Definitely too much bling and maintainence if I polished them. I curbed the passenger front rim. Im not just considering having the rash taken out and going gloss black on all 4 like on my lightning.
