I'm pretty sure that's HyperMKIV's IS F and LS460. Some serious modding to both over the years.

The green wrap isn't even the current product. He's documented his progress for the past couple of years now, and each time he's added something unique to the car. As for mods we don't normally see on an F, I really liked when he had the green halos in the headlights. Non-functional, of course, but couple with the green wrap, I liked it. There were definitely others- the green just stood out for me at the time.
