DAILY Driving on 16kg/12kg spring setup
So I'm trying to figure out what spring rates to order on my BC coilovers, and I was wanting to know from people who chose the 16kg front/12kg rear setup how the car rides on normal city streets.
This is my wifes car, and I dont want the car to ride so stiff it rattles her fillings out.
The other option I was considering were the 14kg front/10kg rear setup as long as I can still drive with the fenders barely above the wheel lips.

That is the spring setup that I purchased on my BCR's (swift springs) and I'm scheduled for delivery this monday (3 days). Will be having them installed one week from today. So if you're not in a hurry, I'll report back my impressions after install.

Springs don't make the car stiff at these rates. The shocks make the suspension stiff. Springs resist roll, and the F could definitely use more roll control from the front end to keep the rear wheels on the ground in hard turns.

I have the 16/12 spring combo on my BC's and love it. I am 10 clicks down front and rear for the dampening. The car at full damping is way too harsh for me. As is, the car rides very similar to stock with a little less jumpiness on uneven surfaces.
