I really like the idea of this and want to get one but then logic kicks in and says "darby, will you feel a few hp difference from your injen? Do you wanna figure out how to tap it for nitrous when injen is already done? Is 1-2 unfeelable hp worth buying another inatke?" the answer is most likely no. So many have tested intake on our cars for such little result. Sikky prototyped throttle body spacers to drop heat... No gains at all, will half a foot on rubber vs metal make that much different with heat, porob not. Again I really like this and for someone who doesn't have an intake upgrade it's worth it but I can't see trading a good intake for another with no difference in promises.

Yea, I am with you Darbs, if I didn't already have a Takeda, I would go with the blue for sure. My thing is there are insulative wraps that reflect 95% of the heat that may try to enter through soaking that I am ordering for mine for daily driving etc. and take it off for shows etc. I don't feel it is necessary as Joe Z stated, the amount of time the air spends in there, unless you are in a ton of stop and go traffic ( where performance is not a subject of discussion) to heat the air, it is a none issue. I do feel it is better than stock but not going to replace my Takeda for it.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of an HPS Intake? they dont even have it listed for sale, the ISF is not under shop by model anymore. People that have one, what is your review on it?

Just ordered my HPS Intake in blue, It just make sense when you have an exhaust system. Now i just need to get rid of that stack of toilet paper, and get a real air filter. Can people please chime in on how their air filters are doing? any recommendations are very much appreciated thanks.
