Default Oil change isf
Is it true that you have to put whole 10 qt of oil for the ISF? I thought it was 9.8 qt?? Do share your knowledge. Thanks!

I used 9.5 quarts, 10 quarts is a bit much

i use about 9.5 myself.. i dont think anybody would be able to drain their oil 100% from from their engine..

.2 of 1 qt is approx 6.5 ounces...

.8 of 1 qt is approx 25.5 ounces..

1 Qt = 32 ounces..

Just some helpful math for the DIYers..

I don't ever put a full 10 in mine. It's usually around 9.5 quarts. I put 9 quarts in, park it level, and check the dip stick after a while. I'll add oil/recheck to get it between the hash marks on the dip stick.

I wonder what would happen if we all dug up our first set of 25-50 posts....

We all have to start somewhere folks..

Keep in mind the secondary market on these IS-F's are growing rapidly..!!
