Question Headlight protection

I was wondering if people had any preferences on headlight protection. Even before I could drive I always thought foggy headlights were the most unattractive thing on cars (besides huge, useless wings). My car's only a few months old but I plan on keeping it a while and want to make sure the headlights never fog over. Do I have to get the film or will cleaning it once a week make sure it's ok? Thanks!

i don't think u need to worry unless u have the 2011+ models with the LED strip. apparently there is a TSB for a defect that cause some bubbling or something. other then that ur headlights should be good if u take care of the car. wash it every week by hand.

Just Wash, Polish and Wax them just like any other part of your car. You will be fine.

Joez is on point. Those films def help the lights stay new. They have UV protection and are usually so many mm thick which help from dumb road tractor trailer or lifted trucks

Unfortunately we dont have shops out here on Guam that specialize in 3M paint protection film like yous guys do in the states... it sucks or else i would of done what JoeZ suggested or the whole frontend to protect from rockchips or any debree...

But i do polish mine with mothers plastic polish made for headlights. I got it up at the Autoport on Andersen, check it out Q!
