I always have my sunroof open and have not noticed this. Is this another 08-09 issue that was resolved in later models ?

Had it happen once on my 08, I don't like the rattle of the piece that goes across the width towards the rear when the roof panel is tilted up. Slightest bumps on highway cause it to rattle which can be overheard of the radio which till I discovered what it was, was rather worrying
