There are some other non vendors that other F owners have told me about, but I would trust Clark at VIP Auto Salon first. But for different countries, and with Japan being so close to the OP, I think there might be vendors or even distributors closer so maybe wait time won't take as long.

I can't recommend VIP Auto Salon. Not until they get their act together. They had my money since Nov of 2011. I still don't have my part yet. I am sure you can email Wald for the closest dealer.
