I know AutoCouture produces a FRP front lip. I, too, am not keen on getting a CF front lip for fear that I might end up scratching it. As cautious as I am, the roads are never forgiving with expensive front lips. Branew and Lexon also have an FRP lip, with Lexon also producing a CF version. But as far as polyurethane, I haven't come across any using that material.
some one needs to develop one... all the guys with the is250/350's have soo many options in lips and they're pretty affordable. The F's on the other hand are some serious cash with only what... a total of 7 different lips to choose from and most of them being CF?
It's because the F is in a unique class by itself. Is x50s are much more common and there's a bigger market for aftermarket parts. Most F owners are content with leaving the car stock.
