Hey guys,

After reading thoroughly into the advantages and disadvantages of coilovers I came to the conclusion that I would very very rarely adjust the settings of a full coilover. Therefore the selection of swift springs was very simple.
I ordered the springs through Tristan at Circuit Motorsports, and the customer service was incredible. He suited the shipment to my schedule, and the product arrived by the promised date. The springs were packaged very nicely, and the price shipped was great.

This weekend I completed the install of the front only , as you can see the before and after pics show an approximate drop of 1" which was perfect. Keep in mind that I am still in winter mode with 18" rims mounted on 225/40R/18 rubber which has a much smaller rolling diameter than the stock rims (Snow in calgary is completely unpredictable)

The last picture was taken immediately after the springs were installed, so there will be some very slight settling as the upper portion of the spring settles into the foam.

Next weekend I will install the rears and post more pictures. Right now it is sitting nearly flush front and rear, and although I do like the even stance I would rather install both ends.

I finished installing the suspension over the weekend and it feels great. I also double checked that the coils were installe dthe correct way (which they were). I then test fitted some 19" Iforged I am considering buying (if they dont rub after rolling) as a new winter setup
- 1st pic shows stock front on 18's
- 2nd pic shows swift front on 18's
- 3rd pic shows swift front, stock rear on 18's (yes that is snow in May)
- 4th pic shows swift front on 19's
- 5th pic shows swift front and rear on 19's

How's the ride quality compared to stock with just the fronts in?

The ride quality is similar, and perhaps a bit more planted in the front. It is still a fairly harsh suspension, however the springs "level" out the front, and there is no question it does corner with less body roll.

Yes, I am planning on running the camber kit eventually. I may still go with coil overs, we will see once I mount my cv3's

In Picture No.3, it looks like you installed the spring upside-down.

update.

The springs ride great. It may be a placebo effect after the annoyance of install, however I beleive they truly do ride with less body roll and lean in corners.

Around town they ride with a similiar harshness on washboard type surfaces, however are a tiny bit more compliant on big bumps and swooping type bumps.

I will post pics again in a week once they are fully settled in, as well as when my Vossens come in.

If you don't think you will constantly be adjusting the settings of coil overs, or you live in a city plagued with road construction than I would seriously suggest these springs. Nice moderate drop, increased handling and ride characteristics, and a fairly simple install.

I've had adjustable coilovers in other cars, they were a headache. I'd much rather go spring and performance shock (Bilstein, Koni, etc.)

isn't that the same as a "coilover setup"? except not necessarily adjustable?
