Nitrous installed in my Lexus ISF

Steve,
100 shot should be perfectly fine! We're running a 150 shot on ours and to date no issues. We have a similar install as well with a windows switch, and a fly by wire trigger. This allows for the nitrous to only ignite at full throttle and avoid any misfires.

94 octane is not an option in Sacramento. You can get 100 octane Trick at Teegarden's in Rancho or 100 octane from the 76 station at Watt and Marconi, but it's priced like race gas.

Is that a recent thing? My folks used to live in socal and im pretty sure you could get it. Then again its not like i was filling up their car with the good stuff.. In toronto there are about 4 gas stations with 94 octane and it runs about 1.30 per litre. Not cheap. With the auxillary tank you don't need to fill up the whole car with race gas. Just about a gallon to fill the aux tank. So sweet..

Dyno time! All tests done on a "SuperFlow"
First test: No Nitrous. Takeda Intake, ISS Forged Exhaust. Sorry i dont know STOCK numbers, this is my first time on a dyno, ever.
First numbers: No N.O.S. - Takeda CAI and ISSforged exhaust..also, we forgot to put it in "sport" mode so i wonder if it would be even better...
Second: a 100 shot of N.O.S. - we were doing 75 at first but determined we could easily do 100.....and thats what we did LOL
the 2nd number, the 453, is the "DynoJet" comparison number, this Dyno has software in it to show you what your numbers would be on that machine.....so depending on the Dyno, its between 430 and 450 at the wheels right now. I would say thats well over 515 at the crank IMO. (not that it matters, but cool to say LOL!)
Finally, since all tests were done on 6th gear and easily pushing 170+, i asked if we could do a run just for fun to see what it would do ***** out all 8 gears...here it is - NO N.O.S!!! Just flat out.....no spray.

Good numbers!
Are the AFRs from the graph correct? If so, your going to need to lean the jetting out a bit. Too much fuel is one of the last things you want with N2O

man so many people to reply to, if i missed you, sorry.....ill try to go back through the post. Its hard to hold so many conversations at once but i do appreciate the positive comments.
This is kinda scary for me, but i am warming up to it!! The 75 shot was not that noticeable, it was ok but nothing special. I can really feel the 100...just got done hitting it a few times and its NICEEEE. Ear to ear smiles!!
Oh to answer the question, during testing, sport mode was OFF (FTL!!). I forgot to tell him to do that! do you guys think my numbers suffered? I dont even know if my numbers are good, i dont know what to compare them to. Seems good, the 100 shot definitely put 100hp to the crank like advertised LOL - and at least 80 to the wheels.
MrSlayX: ya bro we did lean it out some with a different jet but we could do it even more for sure. He ran the **** out of my car during the testing and it seemed to work GREAT.......so i am going to stick to where its at now until someone figures out how to crack our ECU.
This is fun though!! My first dyno run was something to remember!!
