Engine ticking sound normal?
Hi guys I just got me a 2011 isf, today my friend saw the car and popped the engine bay to take a look. He told me there is a ticking sound coming from the back of the engine and I should have it checked. Is this normal? Thanks

Post a video of the ticking. Yes its probably just the fuel injection.

The high pressure direct injection system is noisy, probably what you are hearing.

If its a metallic clicking sound it's not normal, post a video.
