Default Crushed IS-F

I just ran across this. May have been posted before but thought I'd post it anyway. So sad.

How many people are killed every year from drunk driving? 13,846 were killed in 2008 in alcohol related accidents.

How many from street racing? An average of 135 per year.

Do they confiscate and crush a drunks car when caught? No. So why the F#$k do they do it for street racing but not for DUI's? It makes no sense at all
Your post makes a lot of sense but the answer to your question is rather simple. The 'alcohol industry' lobbyists will make sure nothing happens to their profits. D.C. sold us out for money and lavish gifts and that is why nothing ever makes sense.

No, they crushed a car they were required by law to crush because it did not meet all the US requirements for certification and was imported specifically for demonstrations and shows.

^ The IS-F isn't a $100,000 car either. Not even close.

What's even worse is the HOME Page article from the "IB Editior"

I pm'd him... He read the PM & this thread and still no change to his story..

This F'd up video by the bogus youtube uploader has spread like a bad cup of office coffee over tons of message boards, social media outlets & news rooms..

Default this really sucks

California's "solution" to street racing. IMO this will not deter someone from street racing, it would cause them to run. Great way to ruin a $50k+ car

LMAO, it was a SEMA car with no VIN. Was not involved in any racing. The original video was posted years ago. Funny how people will believe anything

CalitriSC is right and we've merged this into the necro thread with all the other outraged F owners who believed the hype.
