new isf owner winter tires and rims questions
Just bought a 2011 silver isf. i absolutely love it! i wondering what winter tires and rims you guys are using. ive been on tirerack and discount tire direct and cant find any rims and tires that fit the isf

Title threw me off as well... I just fitted my F with a fresh set of lc818. I get compliments all the time ( probably just cuz I'm sexy) but it could also be the wheels.....( totally joking, it's the ISF itself ) congrats on yours op!!

Tire Rack had posted on the ISF section a month or two ago with a very reasonable setup. I got last year's Blizzak LM22s and cheapo 19" American Racing wheels from them.. mounted and balanced for $1200 shipped! They are sitting in my basement right now waiting.. I couldnt pass up the 1/2 off discount on the older Blizzaks, I got a winter wheel/tire setup for nearly the same price as getting 2011 Blizzaks and putting them on my stock wheels.
Tire Rack has a bunch of options for the F using their system, this was just the cheapest.

For my 2011 I just bought four 225/45R-18 Blizzak WS70s,four sport edition rims and 4 TPSs all four a total of $1587.00 in my garage.Same basic set as my last 5 Lexus.

I mounted the LM-22 on closeout from tirerack for $500 on my stock wheels...only catch is they're all the same size at 225/40/19, but the ride is much better than stock.... just have to drive a little more careful and the rear looks a bit funny stretched...
