Takeda AFE Intake
Does anyone know where I can get this intake for the F at a great price?
If anyone knows somewhere I can get it for cheaper than $300 shipped to my door please let me know, as I am in the market for one.
I know some places selling them for $300+ to my door but looking to see if im missing something here and if there is another retailer out there that has it for less than $300.
Thanks for any help.
Maybe a group buy might help?

Lou,
There is nothing to be confused about... We all have different opinions and we all seem to agree to disagree often..
Is just that some of us here have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on the dyno and/or doing real R&D to bring this community real world numbers..
So sometimes I have to laugh when I read things around here..
The below thread is a prime example of what I mentioned.
IS-F intake shootout. indep dynos for Injen and AFE Takeda

Joe Z

I know about the other threads. I bet I spend more time at this site than you do I'm retired, and you have to work for a living And yes, we all have opinions, and those opinions do differ. But, since you brought it up, I did have a JoeZ intake with a K&N panel filter before my Takeda (but, you already knew that). I really couldn't feel much difference between your intake and the Takeda, but the design of the Takeda intrigued me, and IMHO, was a great idea and solution for the ISF.
The fact the Figs got different results than ISS means, well, I'm not sure what it means except ISS tested different intakes and the Takeda came out on top in their tests.
My car, with the Takeda, dynoed well, and as I have said in the past, my Takeda isn't going anywhere.
And, I guess you can laugh away

I wouldn't try more than 10% on that 'Best Offer' deal.
