Default Looks like we are selling the F...

Man, I wish Lexus would have given us a little more room with our backseats! My wife and I have a baby on the way and we feel like we need a little more room in the backseat. If nothing else, I wish we had the middle seat instead of the plastic console in the rear. Regardless, I love this car and this forum, and really appreciate all the information I've gathered. This is such a mature forum and the mods have done a great job with everything. I've listed the car here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is2...assifieds-173/ if anyone knows someone looking for an ISF in my neck of the woods. This is really a bummer but it's the ISF or the GTR at this point, and the GTR is still so new to me I want to keep it around a little longer.
Thanks again,
RM

First off, congrats on the addition to your family. The F doesn't have a lot of rear room, and with a baby, it'll get even more cramped. Are you looking for another car to replace it, or will the SRT8 be the family car for the immediate time?

Congrats, but, this would never happen with me. You already have a son with the IS-F. The F doesn't annoy, wake you up at 2a, 3a, and 4a ..... or need college tuition. Just remember that a child will cost you $366,000.00 over an 18 year period
[ conservatively ] How many brand new IS-F's can be bought for that???? If my girlfriend or potential wife wants a child, I take my F and speed the other way.

If you already have a vehicle that will accommodate the whole family then why sell it? I understand financially wise but your post seems to be directed to the room and lack of middle seat.

We feel we want to have 2 out of the 3 cars be able to fit both of us and the baby in the child seat comfortably. It's our first child so I can only assume as time goes one we will need even more space and flexiblity. I'm not sure exactly what we want to get yet, but a 5 series or GS size vehicle is probably in our future.

Very nice, good luck with your first child and your search. Incidentally, I have your F's twin which I bought from a guy in Tulsa last year. He also used the same Dealership. What a place!
