OEM front springs are too soft for track work. Fixing this will make the biggest difference from a pure suspension perspective. Roll bars are for fine tuning a setup that needs a little help, not making the major changes you really need by putting more spring in the end that is causing the roll.

I seriously doubt a stiffer sway will fix the rear wheel lift effectively no matter who makes it or who reviews it. Getting the spring rates right will solve a world of hurt since they're the first line of defense against body roll.

Also - seriously? Excessive body roll? Drive a 250 or a 350 and you'll be instantly quiet about body roll in the F. Besides, roll isn't a problem by itself.

Finally - SCCAforums ran the OEM suspension with 285 slicks on all four corners and won in his class. If you've got a beef with the OEM setup, it's because the staggered tire setup is useless for track duty. Springs, shocks, swaybars, corner balancing (which won't really do much either because the car is driver's side heavy no matter what you do) are all AFTER you've put the most contact patch under the car. You guys still running staggered are just working around a bad setup to begin with.

Do a google search for the term Corner Balancing and you'll get some pretty good explanations including this one. If you don't plan on tracking your car, most will tell you it's not worth the additional cost. When I installed my coilovers I knew I would eventaully hit the track so I spent the extra to have the car balanced and couldn't be happier with how it handles.

Here is a link to my setup.

Lowered my car on springs and it made a noticeable improvement in body roll and handling.
