2008 ISF with 60,000 miles

Kelly Blue Book has a good condition 2008 F with 60000 K miles, Mark Lev, and Nav valued at 36600 trade in. So this sounds like a pretty good deal as long as it is in good condition. 60000 K miles all depends on how/where the miles were made. I have 36000 on mine and have barely had it over a year. But they're all highway miles. The car is barely broken in

I don't think it is too many miles depending on the condition of the rest of the car. These motors will easily go deep into the 100K's miles zone.
The price however seems high for 60k.

The reality of sales is pretty simple - the car is worth what someone will actually sign a check to buy. Not a penny more or a penny less. Single points of reference can be very skewed based on the ability of the seller to convey value to the buyer. I work in sales. I know everyone has a different idea of what is "fair" pricing, and I know some people are far more talented at creating a sense of value when in fact, there's no difference between two items being sold except the perception of value in the buyer's mind.
So, I wouldn't pay more than $33k for a pristine IS-F with 60k miles. Somebody might very well pay $35k for one under the right circumstances.

I would like to work just one week in a car dealership selling cars. Kind of like Larry David did on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
(side note from the side note) I'm still so amazed how much car sales people DON'T know about cars. The GTR sales person I talked to the other day had no clue what the HP or drivetrain was on it. Wow.

Powertrain warrany is to 70k miles. I believe you're mistaken.

In any case, I still think it's high for a car with that many miles.

Either that or once I have my 5 year no accident history with all state, I'll use their accident forgiveness and drift my ISF passenger side first in to a concrete wall and total it. Collect my gap insurance and money for the car. Go buy GTR and repeat. j/k (sort of)
