Not sure why you got heat when a lot of us DIY the calipers and didn't even go to a bodyshop for it.. ha ha. I know you said that all sides are covered, but even if the insides are not painted, so what? It's not visible anyways. Oh yea, that one person who's going to service your brakes is definitely going to criticize you for it. lol.

my good friend and head painter of the shop next door came by.....we had it up on MY lift......and drank a few tall cans. That plus materials and a tip i tossed him is all it took. Look at the Hoopty (Candy blue) or my Tahoe (meadecherry red) and you will see he is a pro

I met a few new Lexus owners (IS/ISF) getting their break calipers painted yesterday and they told me to go check out the forums (to see what other members were doing with their breaks.)
What happened to "if you don't have anything positive to say..." ahh its pointless I guess...... : )
Breaks look good though! : )

^^^ Damn I want mine to look like that! How much did you pay and do you have a shot of the rears?
Its so hard to trust the shops and people out here on Guam to do a good job like that... Last guy I trusted to paint my G37 ended up taking it out for a joy ride to show off to his friends and others his paint work... untrustworthy business if you ask me...
