Default Leather Bubbling on Steering Wheel?

Hey guys, I purchased a 2011 IS-F about 2 months ago and I love the car. However, I have just noticed that on the lower portion of the steering wheel where the F logo resides, the leather is beginning to bubble off of the wheel creating an air space. It is occurring where the blue leather and the perforated leather meet. I was just wondering if this is normal or not?

lol, "normal" or not, this is unacceptable. I'd have the dealer fix or replace the wheel.

Thanks for the quick replies. The possibility that the loose leather on the steering wheel was normal had crossed my mind, as the car has less than 2,000 miles. I just wanted to make sure that it was indeed an issue before asking for service.
