I'm curious why this is such a secret as to where / what kind of mesh grill people are using.

My hardware stores only have 1/4" size mesh... I think 1/8" or 1/16" mesh would look better.

I just finished mine up about 20 min ago. Took me about 2 hours to get everything just about right. I figured i would just give you all a quick picture. My hands are a bit cut up from the grille mesh but for 24 dollars and 2 hours of my time I think it is quite worth it. I will carbon fiber vinyl wrap the chrome surround tomorrow.

No i got it from metrorestyling dot com. It is diamond mesh and its 25 dollars for enough to do the grille i think it was 12inches by 60 inches.

It was a pain in the butt to do cause when you cut the mesh the edges get really really sharp and it will cut you if you are not paying attention to exactly where your hands are. But it looks really nice.

I did not feel like paying 200 for a pre made one so i just did it myself but if you want they have carbon fiber wrap that i wrapped the chrome surround it. That was another 25 for a large roll which i also did my fog light covers in.

Heres my C-Mod grill, the fitment is damn near perfect which is quite surprising for aftermarket parts. Excuse the nice film of pollen on the car(thanks Houston!)

Lol, Ted is the guy at M-power!

I ordered it from C-Mod, it wasnt very pricey either...I think it was under $200 shipped.

ILowNslowI: Did it just clip in or did you have to mod anything? The mesh really doesnt match the lower mesh right? Is your painted or just the way it came?

clips in the factory slots & bolted down on the top of the core support middle beam. The mesh's dont match & that was a 'issue' for me but after I had it painted it looked 10x better on the car then just looking at it, I did have the grill & mesh color matched also

Has anyone been able to get the F badge on the stock grill? Want to get the same thing done like I did on my RSX when I had it.
