they're fully adjustable, you can stiffen and soften to how you'd like

KW's are deffianlly the best, i've ran tein springs and tein cs coils.... its like day and night
I run v3's on my e92 also

josh, arent those the only coils you've ran? lol

Quick question. Can the JIC Magics I have on my IS350 be used on an IS-F?

Technically, yes. But the spring rates wouldn't be very ideal. Keep in mind the weight of the larger motor.

i've been running the tein cst's for a year now, and they're really great. firm but not too harsh. tein's are about 1k less than what you might want to spend, and i believe the kw's are a bit more costly, but not by much.

You might be better off not ordering a kit and instead sourcing your own parts: Bilstien Sport shocks, GC threaded sleeves, and swift linear rate springs in any rate you want. Just a thought.

l
Tommy, you are referring to stiff damping rates of the shock, the OP is talking about stiff spring rates, not the same thing.

The KW Variant 3's are a really nice setup, good valving and a smooth ride.

Buying a set of coilovers depends on what you are looking to do with them though, as any set will have strengths and weaknesses.

Feel free to shoot us a PM and we can go over your options with you

Mine have custom spring rates. 13k front and 8k rear. Is that okay?
