Just roll your fenders flat, flare slightly if needed, lower the car with 1 finger gap and you should be ok. I'm on 10.5+22 and its fine.

Besides a roll/shave, you'll definitely need camber adjustments for that. A 275/285 width tire would be ideal (not to stretch). Won't be easy to fit!

Default Offsets

Need help please, it is right to say that the wheel that has the same offsets but different width stick out against the fender the same? Like the 19/9 +40 vs 19/10 +40.

No when the offset is the same, it sticks out more the have of the width increase.

In your example it sticks out 0,5" more to the fender. If you want it to be the same, you got to increase the offset too.
So you'd need a 19/10 +52 or +53

Question for the fitment gurus...

I've got a set of LC818s, 19x10 +38 all around with 255/35F and 265/35R. I just installed Tein H Tech springs in the front and they really did almost nothing to the ride height.

I'd like to lower the rear around 1" and the front around 1.25-1.5". I have already rolled the rear fenders, but want to know if I would be getting myself into any trouble if I get coils and go lower with this wheel/tire setup. Thanks in advance.

Maybe the springs will settle in a bit?

If not, time for Swift lol.

Idk... Something just seems off with these springs. Im not sure how it could not do anything to the car. Im going to pull a shock back off today and check it out again.

If I make a change, it will be to coilovers, not another spring. Which is why I was curious if I'd have issues with my wheel/tire specs

I guess I am not concerned about the rear... I just want to know what I need to do to fit the 19x10+38 255/35 in front with a 1.5" drop. Car is a daily driven vehicle, so it has to be functional.

You don't have to do anything. I'm running 19x9.5+25 with 245/35 size tires I'm dropped about 2 1/2 inch s up front, they rub at full lock and deep dips in the road. Nothing major.

Thanks... It's a semi aggressive fitment. Nice and flush, but easily daily driveable at this ride height.

I'll have more pics once I get a few more things done to the car. It's not photo shoot worthy yet

Tein H techs are considered the conservative out of all the lowering springs for the IS F. They are also the most comfortable (spring rates are almost like OEM). We have the swift srings on sale and in stock if your interested. $279 shipped till the end of the month
