Arrow Installed New Five Axis Design R5:F Wheels....

Since the NEW R5:F wheel design just arrived a few weeks ago, I figured it was time to share...

First debuted as a Concept Wheel design on Lexus Project GS for SEMA 2008 by Five Axis Design...

... However, they FINALLY released the production version.

Show off your FIVE:aD Wheels!!!

Specs:

Five:aD | R5:F in GunMetal
19x8.5" +30 Front
19x9.5" +35 Rear

Tires:

Continental ExtremeContact DW
235-35-19
265-30-19

TPMS Sensor Stems:

Anodized Gunmetal

Rays Engineering Lug Nuts:

Anodized Black

Special Thanks to Troy Sumitomo & the Five Axis Design team once again!!!!.

More pics to come, but I just have these few to share for now!!!

These wheels just replaced my prior set of Five Axis Wheels, with same exact specs..

But I was caught rolling on the stockers the last several months..

Enjoy,

Joe Z

Hi Joe

Yep, the combo looks great on your F. The design and color of those wheels really fits your car. But, I wonder why your running such small tire sizes? I also am running Continental Extreme Contact DW, but in sizes 245/35/19 and 285/30/19, trying to say as close to the stock OD as I can, and run the widest tires I can (that will fit) for the additional traction and handling improvements. I'm running them on the stockers with no issues. Are the reasons for the smaller sizes due to the offset of your new wheels and the lowering of your F? I think I read somewhere that you have rolled your rear fenders.

Do they make less aggressive offsets than that?

Hey Lou,

You nailed it sir!!

Between being dropped and running the 35 offset in the rear, I'm pretty much as flush as I can be with out any further modifications...

IF I would have went for the 45+ offset rear wheel, I could have went with the 275 to 285 tire easily, but then the wheel would be sunken in like oem. (w/fenders shaved, still needed)

I already shaved the fenders to fit the 265 tire and thats really all I need for the daily grind.

I can easily put the 245/35 tire up front, but figured it wouldn't look or feel right with the 265/30 tire in the rear

So thats why I'm running 235/35 & 265/30... (which was my same exact set up on my prior set)
If I shave the rest of the fender lip edge I can probably get a 275/30 on this rear wheel too..
Maybe in another 35k miles..

I like the beefier look of these Conti DW's compared to my old Yoko Advan Sports..

I think I like 'em better than the S5:F! They look more substantial - a much better match for the ISF.

Good stuff, Joe!
