Hello Eric,

Here is the Toyota part number for the Clear Door lamps:
81230-47010 (buy 2 of the same, no left or right)

Depends on the size of your LED's. If you're using LED panels you need to pry out the lens as the hole from the top isn't big enough to feed the panel through. I used LED wedge bulbs and didn't want to risk scratching the lens so I removed the whole piece and just replaced the bulbs. Removing that piece is easy, remove 2 screws inside the sunglass holder and gently pry downward to dislodge 2 clips.

Here's my domelight, btw... I didn't want the excessively-bright xenonish blue-white color for the dome light as it hurts my eyes if I were to look up at night.

Instead I took inspiration from the Porsche Panamera S which has a beautiful soft-white color to its long U-shaped dome light. I hunted around for LEDs that matched that look, and I think I found it.

Bulls23337 - Are you looking to upgrade the map & dome lights to LED or are you looking at upgrading the vanity lights, courtesy lights, mirror lights, and trunk light?

All of the above! Do you also have turn signals and brake light LEDs?

ebay.
T10 WEDGE BULBS 2 PCS SMD SMT 4 LED HID WHITE L-1048

Only $1.88 a pair, shipped! HOWEVER! big problem with these bulbs is color uniformity. Some bulbs are just right, some are too blue, some too green. I had to buy four sets to find the three bulbs I need with the right color. But that still only totaled $7.52 so in the end I still come out ahead vs other LED bulbs or panels.

Now I just need to find festoon bulbs for the rear with the same color....
