WOW, that is an attention grabber!
I like the color alot, i just wish they would have painted the skirts and the lower portion of the front bumper. But all in the all, it was executed nicely.
Edit^ I was talking about the first IS-F not, the second one... not so much

He bought the car about 8 hours from Dunaszerdahely where it is registered.
The plate has a Slovakian Coat of Arms and the DS stands for Dunajská Streda but you could figure all this out yourself with a simple search.
