What's your range on a full tank of gas?

Depends on whether I'm commuting or traveling distance. Commuting I get just under 300 miles, over the road, 350 or so. I still haven't been on a long enough trip to see if it will beat the 450+ I got in my 350.

On long distance trips, I can make about 380. Mixed city highway, 290-300 miles.

Another car where the difference between winter and summer is noticable (former Prius owner). Fuel has a big influence of course. Highway driving in Winter yielded around 25 MPG. Summer is typically better than 27 MPG.
Best so far was a straight run from Edmonds, WA to Hayden, Idaho with a little running around Hayden. 412 miles on one tank, pushing my luck a little. Temperature was around 70F to 80F and on 10% Ethanol now mandated in WA state - BS.
At the moment, 70% highway and 30% city I am seeing 285 to 310 on a tank, that includes the occasional bit of "fun".
Couple weekends back I took it on a local club cruise up Mt. St Helens and back. Round trip averaged 27.7 MPG, aircon on etc. Not bad for mountain driving, not as good as the Prius on that trip - 54.4 MPG.
Observations:
Fuel pump clicks off around 14.5 gallons but if I try with not too much effort, I can get 16 gallons in her.
Hold it at 60 MPG on the freeway and you get 29 to 30 MPG. It cuts off the fuel to the engine at any chance it gets when coasting - nice bit of engineering Toyota. I take advantage of that by using the paddle shifters to slow the car down and not the brakes, it does make a difference in the MPG.
Parking the car in the sun at work yields better MPG for the drive home. I am guessing engine temp/cat temp has something to do with it.
Better than the G35
I had a 2007 G35 Journey which was misserable on MPG. Best on the journey to Haden was 27 MPG, and that was milking it keeping a steady 70 MPH on cruise control. You can check out their forum for people *****ing about the MPG for a 3.5 L car. I generally struggled to average 18 MPG in the G35, in the IS F 18 MPG is typical but I am starting to see above 20 MPG now the car is at 10 K miles and the summer is here.
Overall, I am happy with the MPG for a 5.0 L 416 HP monster. I'm off to Elma in Oregon tomorrow, will report on the MPG for that trip.
Update:
Edmonds to Elma and back, 26.7 MPG and 212 miles. I got stuck for 20 mins in a traffic jam around Tacoma, and on the way back I was not driving to maximize MPG and it was only 63F on the way back. Keeping it on cruise control clearly makes a difference.

FWIW, I got two and a half tanks at 5.2 MPG on my track day. They drink gasoline like water at full throttle.

On the hwy at the speed limit I can get 30 mpg's (imperial gallon) ......multiply that by 16.5 gallons tank and I get almost 500 miles, so realisticly about 450 miles safely so as not to drain the tank.
Playing around in town is a different story....probably closer to 200-250 miles.

The IS-F holds 14.0 imperial gallons, 16.9 US gallons, 64 litres. Even theoretically, 500 mile range is not possible.
