That looks dope........the fitment, weave etc. is outstanding


how hard was the install? Does all the OEM hardware bolt up to the CF hood?

Hood looks good. Any noticable weight reduction from the OEM aluminum?

Thanks! They sent me new bolts with the hood to install...it was very easy. My friend and I did it. It was the first hood I have ever installed...so I am no expert.

Stock hood 26.5 lbs
CF hood 23.5 lbs

now just take it to the track or long road and speed test the latches up to at least 160, then report back. Thank You. Since our cars go faster than the is350 or standard speeds, are these speed tested for when we get up that high? I don't want to have to add hood pins. I have seen too many hoods fly up and crack the windshield in my time after cheap latches were installed.

Could the hardware actually break free of the hood at higher speeds Don't these companies speed test their products before selling them?

The hood uses the factory front hood latch

That's good question! I'm actually sure they don't though... I mean who would regulate that?
