Default VSC light and more!

So...yesterday my VSC light, brake light, and abs light came on (no check engine). So I took it to the dealer today they had it for 4 hours and could not find the problem. The ended up blaming my intake and exhaust for the lights coming on??? Can someone plese help me?!?

That happened to me in my old IS350. Took the dealer 2 days to figure out is was a bad gas cap.

We'll need a tad more information than you saw a Christmas tree on the dash to determine what might have happened. Any DTCs?

I had something similar happen with my IS350. The culprit was the gas cap wasn't on tight enough. Go figure.

They said it was a code they had never seen before. They said it was some type of electrical problem. The only thing I am thinking it could be is BC I installed the LED tails in the F. Could differnt taillights from stock cause this issue??

I have also seen this happen if an O2 sensor has been damaged during removal & re-installation...

or

In other instances the O2 sensor(s) may not be properly seated all the way down or if the wiring is "too" wound up on a re-install.

Those sensors are very temperamental.

However, if the sensors were an issue, a code pointing to them would be present.

Also, with out any specific codes from the Lexus scan tool explaining what caused the lights, the dealership actually can not be putting the blame on anything.

There was also a reported issue of aftermarket suspension install and even leaves in the airbox causing warning indicator lights.

See threads:

Need help if someone can help me.

Check VSC ?

Keep us posted.

P.S. - Switch back to stock tail lights if you still have them...
