^^^^Looks like the same caliper. Can't imagine why the bleeder has a different thread.

BTW, looks like the outside pad is on the wrong wheel. The wear indicator should be on the top of the pad when mounted. The pads with the wear indicator are not identical but mirror images.

If you have Techstream, it will bleed the brakes for you....though I haven't tried on the IS-F yet.
But in Techstream, there's a section where it activates the pump and bleeds the brakes for a second or two.....then tells you to move on to the next corner, etc etc.
1 man job...

FWIW, the FSM does not say this works. The procedure Lexus has in the service manual is the standard manual process of pumping the brakes with the pedal. There is a procedure for bleeding the ABS (brake actuator) unit using Techstream, but the notes indicate this is only to be used if you can't get the system sufficiently bled using the conventional method.

After bleeding the air from the brake system, if the correct height or feel of the brake pedal cannot be obtained, bleed the air from the brake actuator assembly with the Techstream by following the procedures below.

What menu is this on? I've never seen this, only the ABS unit bleed. If I had four bottles and four PVC tubes, I could do all of them without any hassle at all just by opening the solobleeds a turn and letting the ABS unit do all the work.

The car was my GS400 or LS430...I forget which one. It's the only time I did it and it's been quite some time. I'be typically used an pneumatic bleeder...still a one man job. I've also a Phoenix bleeder which you can do a reverse bleed (bleed from caliper to reservoir)
As far as Techstream, I THINK it was under the menus ABS>Utility (or Extras or something similar)> Brake Bleeding.
Sorry I'm not more helpful. But it did work the one time I used it.
Let me know if you investigate further.
