All 4 wheels are the same. Take the same wheel from the driver side and put it on the pass side and VOILA, the spokes face the opposite direction. The Blue car is a pic of the driver side and the grey car is a pic of the pass side.

uhh... no it doesnt... from left to right: rim1 DF, rim2 PR, rim3 PF, rim4 DR, at least that what it appears to me. Of course you CAN reverse the rims if you want too but thats not the way the fins are designed to 'brake cooling airflow thing'.
