Spotted a black 2012+ ISF in Tampa, FL at the Ren Campus parking garage (Capital One/WellCare Headquarters). Anyone on here??

Last Sunday I saw a USB ISF in Southlake, Texas in the Central Market Parking Lot. First one I've seen on the road. He zoomed past me so couldn't estimate the year model.
