the magical 25 year age only applies if you arent married.....

Apparently, if you marry before you turn 25 thats the discount. You dont get another one after you turn 25....as I found out.

we dont have "points" down in in good ole Louisiana.....do the points ever go away?

I wouldnt imagine I'd be able to drive if that were the case. I've had over 23 tickets since I started driving, but none within the past 5 years.

And dont go crazy on me with the, "OMG 23 tickets". It could have happened to anyone who was driving down the sidewalk at that particular moment in time. J/k

i believe ur able to get the price lower. how much, im not sure. this is how they calculate ur insurance. location, age, gender, credit score and driving history and insurance history. i'm not sure if that is all of them but if u are good on all those category u should be able to get a low price.

I believe about $110/month with 250 deductible at 35 years, good driving record, good credit score, in Chicago suburbs.

USAA and i'm 28. Diablo is like $1750 a year and C230 is $540 so an IS F would run me about $900 a year. Likely it would be less though.

For the IS F, insurance is less than $600/6mos although I am above 25. Living in NYC probably doesn't help matters, and may also depend on where/how the vehicle is parked.
**** you Gengar....you and your LFA LOL This is offtopic, but hows the LFA treating you?

Gengar definitely has one of the finer garages...an IS F and an LFA! I envy you!!

As for insurance- 23, $500 deductible, AAA full coverage, clean record...$1290.

I'm an insurance agent, and that sounds like a rate in a high risk plan. Do you have prior insurance? If you have been listed on anyone's policy as a driver for at least a year, that will give you a much better rate. I work for Allstate, so I can say that with us, your rate does drop when you turn 25. Rates are also calculated on driving record, credit, zip, and vehicle. Have whoever is quoting you a policy quote it for after you turn 25, if its within a few months, they should be able to tell you the rate. If I was licensed in NY, I would help you out, but I'm in MA and RI only. Good luck!

I pay $1800 every six months for my '11 IS-F, '07 Xterra, and '05 Altima SE-R. I would def shop around!! I also have 2 at fault accidents, speeding, and a improper lane change. they will all fall off my record in 9 months though. i was told my premium would me $960 every six months once they do. i am also 27 with a 22 yr wife. $0 deductible and $500,000 coverage.
